Hi,

I have the Samsung Q1-U and I have a question about the little icon that appears where ever I click that if selected will bring that flyout panel that is a ink entry/character entry/screen keyboard.  The flyout is also on the left side of the screen and can be called out by clicking  on it.

OK, everyone know the program that I'm talking about?

Is this a microsoft or a samsung app?

Where is it (on the drive) and where can I download it?  Is it on my disk I got with my Q1-U?

And last but not least, I've installed a tablet on my desktop and I've got ink going on it (Or so I think) and I want to know if I can put that app on my desktop machine?

Lee, that's the Tablet Input Panel, or TIP. The process is tabtip.exe, and is a native Windows process for the Windows XP Tablet Edition operating system. It's not a downloadable or installable application on a non-Tablet PC.
